NADMED kits are based on a unique extraction method that has been proven to be at least as accurate as LC-MS and even more accurate than other methods on the market. No other method guarantees an equally fast, accurate, and cost-effective way to measure NADs.

NADMED BLOOD kits require a very small amount of whole blood samples (150-200 µL), and the NADMED Tissue/Cell kits can be used with tissue samples.
Measuring can also be conducted with both types of samples in the NADMED laboratory. Please read more on the Sample preparation instructions.

The Only NAD+ kits can be used two times e.g. 20 and 20 samples or 10 and 30 samples. The NAD+ and NADH have to be used at one singular time.
Yes, it is well advised to have a skilled laboratory technician for pipetting, preparing reagents, and analyzing the sample results.
Reference values based on 300 healthy individuals can be found on our IFUs. The values are based on blood samples only.
Yes, however, we provide reference cut-off values for humans only.
